Policies
Registration
You must first complete the registration form. During registration, you will be
required to provide your e-mail address and complete an e-mail confirmation process. This information is
used to provide you with services such as automated order status updates via e-mail. You may later
update your email address by accessing your account through the Update Account link located at the
lefthand bar on the site. Please note, we generally keep a copy of your previous email address(es)
for our records.
Addresses
To make a purchase through the site, we require you to supply us with your first
and last name, home or other physical address, including your street name and address and name of
your city or town, your telephone number or other "real world" personal contact information. If you
would like to review or change the address details you have supplied us with, you may do so at any
time by accessing your account through the Addresses link located at the top of each page on the
Site. If you provide this information via the Addresses page we store it and will pass it off to
Authorzie.net assist you in making payment. If you provide it through the Authorize.net payment
processing we do not save this information.
Shopping Carts
Many of our items sold are one of a kind pieces of art. For this reason all abandoned shopping carts will expire and be cleared. For the current expiration date on your cart please refer to the top of your cart. Adding a new item to the cart resets the expiration date.
Payment
We do not collect any credit card information. All payment processing is passed off
to a payment page at Authorize.net. They will ask for all the information required to process your
payment. Authorize.net will ask for information like your credit card number and expiration date on their
secure site. Authorize.net passes back only information like the status of the payment and a
processing code and any address information you entered or changed. If we have trouble processing
an order, we will use your personal information to get in touch with you.
Privacy
Please refer to our privacy policy linked at the bottom of every page.
Order Processing/Status
We do not keep stock on hand and produce all orders on demand. This process can take 3-5 days to complete.
Shipping Rates
We charge a flat $10 shipping and handling fee and ship all orders via FedEx Express.
Tracking
We will send you a package tracking number once the order ships to your e-mail adress on file.
Ads
We may use third party companies to deliver ads. These companies may employ cookies and
action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness.
They may also use this technology to serve specialized or relevant advertising content and/or
recommendations to you on the Site or on a third party's website. Any information that these third
parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous and does not contain any
personal contact information.
Cookies
Cookies are very tiny text files that are stored on your computer when you visit
certain web pagesthat record your preferences. We use cookies to provide you with the best level of
service such as storing your user information and cart status. They cannot harm your computer and
they do not contain any personal or private information. You must accept cookies to shop through
the site. You can erase or block cookies from your computer if you want to (your help screen or
manual should tell you how to do this), but the site may not work correctly or at all if you set
your browser not to accept cookies.
Order Feedback
We provide a feedback option for each order to solicit feedback on each order once you receive the items. This is entirely
voluntary but is encouraged. By posting your comment(s) or testimonial(s) on our website, you give us
permission to reprint or use the Testimonial in connection with our business. You also are
agreeing to the following: (1) The reprint or use of the Testimonial will be at our discretion and
without compensation; (2) We may use the Testimonial with or without any pseudo (pen) name credit;
(3) Our right to use the Testimonial is perpetual and may be assigned by us. Other than your pseudo
(pen) name or real name, which we may or may not use, your personal contact information will not be
disclosed in connection with our reprint or use of your testimonial.
Returns/Refunds
We highly encourage you to send an e-mail with any order issue or concerns.
For any refunds please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product for an RMA code.
You may return all items in original condition for a full refund of the original purchase price less shipping.
All items returned must be shipped with a tracking code or similar method.
Due to the fragile nature of the product any damage will result in the refund being denied.
If anything arrives damaged please send photographs documenting the damage to the package and product with the RMA request.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Payments will be refunded to the same card as originally made on.
We'll pay for the return shipping cost as well (with proof of cost) if the return is because of an error on our part.
Change Order
As we produce all orders on demand we can not change any order once submitted.
